Audrey May Decker, BS HI and SSE

Audrey May Decker (she/they) was in the Bachelor of Science in History.  Her passion for the past, specifically history education resulted from her experience tutoring for the AVID program in high school.  She has worked closely with professors in the HI and SSE department at Plymouth State to recruit students to the major, while engaging students to become more interested in history.  Active in her community at PSU through her work with Residential Life as a Community Advisor, Audrey May finds great reward in serving others. Her work on this project comes from her inspiration to help new teachers find their footing in the wide world of social studies as they enter the workforce post graduation.
